The Social follows an ensemble of dancers, lovers, outsiders, and seekers who gather at a Latin dance social on Maui. As the music builds, rivalries surface, connections form, and relationships shift with every step on and beyond the floor. It’s a story about dance not as performance, but as language: the way strangers find each other, if only for a night.

What are the audition requirements?
Final age, location, work-eligibility, official scene and music, posting, date, and entry requirements will be published before auditions open.
Can I submit more than one audition?
The wireframe anticipates both solo and couple submissions. Multiple-entry and cross-category rules will be confirmed in the official casting call.
Do I need professional dance training?
Not for every opportunity. The production is looking for authenticity and screen presence as well as dance experience; category-specific requirements will appear in the casting brief.
Where will winners be announced?
The official announcement channel and selection timeline will be included in the published rules. Follow the film’s verified social account once its profile link is added here.
If I do not win, can I still audition for another part?
A casting-call entry does not prevent consideration for other appropriate roles. Any separate audition pathway will be explained in the official brief.
If I am selected, is my flight covered?
The wireframe lists roundtrip flights to Maui as part of the intended experience. Eligibility, origin, booking, and reimbursement terms must be confirmed in the official rules before relying on that support.
Can couples enter together or separately?
The planned call includes solo and couple submissions. Selection may be individual, and final partner and pairing rules will be stated before entries open.
Who can enter?
Age limits, international eligibility, visa or work-authorization requirements, and eligible locations are not yet finalized and will be published with the casting rules.
Can I send a portfolio?
Portfolio, reel, résumé, and public-link requirements will be included in the official submission instructions.
When will filming take place?
The working wireframe references a January 2027 start. Production dates remain subject to confirmation and will be communicated directly to selected performers.
Can I bring my children or spouse?
Guest, dependent, travel, lodging, and on-set access policies have not been finalized. Selected performers will receive those terms directly from production.
